Time4Bets Terms of Use: Sportsbook Tickets, Settlement and Account Rules

The Terms of Use govern how a Time4Bets account is opened, verified and used across pre-match betting, live markets, casino products, payments and promotions.

For sportsbook users, the most important records are the accepted ticket, market name, odds, stake and settlement status. A current event page or remembered price does not replace the wager recorded in the account.

This page is a plain-English guide rather than the complete legal agreement. The official Time4Bets terms control if the two differ. A full legal document should also state its effective date, revision process, governing framework and formal complaint route.

Time4Bets has operated since 2016 under Amadeus Technology B.V. and lists Anjouan licence No. ALSI-202603024-FI1. The licence is offshore rather than Canadian regulatory approval. Users must check the legal age and online-gambling rules in their province or territory.

Eligibility and Accurate Registration

Time4Bets sets an 18+ platform minimum. A Canadian province or territory may require a higher age or apply additional online-gambling rules.

Registration should use:

  • the correct legal name;
  • the correct date of birth;
  • current residential and contact details;
  • one accessible email address;
  • one personal profile;
  • payment methods belonging to the account holder.

One person should use one account. A second registration should not be used to bypass a blocked login, rejected KYC file, bonus restriction, location rule or payout review.

Canada is treated as supported in the project information. Brazil, the United States, Japan, Syria and Lebanon are listed as restricted countries.

Do not use false details or tools intended to disguise the actual jurisdiction. The official terms determine the consequences of a breach. This guide does not invent an automatic rule that every location problem leads to confiscation or voided tickets.

Account Access and Security

The account is accessed through an email address or username and password. Optional two-factor authentication adds another login step.

The linked email should use a separate password because it may control recovery and security notices.

Good account practice includes:

  1. using a unique password;
  2. protecting the email account separately;
  3. enabling optional 2FA;
  4. avoiding saved credentials on shared devices;
  5. signing out after public or family-device use;
  6. reviewing bet and transaction history after unfamiliar activity;
  7. contacting official live chat after suspected compromise.

Never send support a password, full card number, CVV, online-banking password, wallet seed phrase, private key or current two-factor code.

Support can review platform-side activity. It cannot guarantee reversal of an external card, bank or blockchain transaction.

Accepted Tickets and Recorded Odds

A sportsbook wager is governed by the ticket accepted by the platform.

The account record may include:

  • event and competition;
  • market name;
  • selected outcome;
  • accepted odds;
  • stake;
  • placement time;
  • ticket status;
  • final settlement.

The odds visible before confirmation are not always the accepted odds. Live markets can move during submission. The accepted ticket controls the review.

A later price on the event page does not change an earlier wager. A screenshot showing different odds after placement is not proof that the accepted record is wrong.

Users should check the ticket immediately after submission. If no ticket appears, review history before trying again.

Singles, Multiples and Systems

Different ticket formats create different settlement conditions.

Ticket formatCore rule
SingleOne selection determines the ticket
MultipleEvery required selection must satisfy its condition
SystemSeveral smaller combinations are created from a larger group
Pre-matchThe wager is accepted before the event begins
LiveThe wager is accepted while the event is in progress

A multiple is not treated as a group of independent withdrawals. One failed leg can determine the result unless a specific promotion applies.

A system ticket can produce partial returns when some combinations win, but the exact outcome depends on the selected system and stake distribution.

The ticket shown in the account is the practical reference. Users should not assume that a different format was selected because the possible return looked similar.

Live Betting, Suspensions and Delays

Live markets can suspend during goals, penalties, video reviews, injuries or other important moments. A suspended market is temporarily unavailable.

Suspension does not automatically cancel a wager accepted earlier. It also does not guarantee that the same price will return.

A delay between the live event and the display may affect market availability. The sportsbook settlement record and accepted ticket matter more than the user’s local stream.

Users should avoid repeating a wager when the screen freezes. A delayed confirmation can still produce an accepted ticket.

Technical faults require review of account records. No universal refund or void result should be assumed.

Settlement of Postponed and Interrupted Events

Postponed, abandoned and interrupted events require the complete sportsbook rules.

Relevant factors can include:

  • whether the event started;
  • how much of it was completed;
  • whether it resumed;
  • whether the market result was already determined;
  • which official source controls the result;
  • whether the rules provide a completion window.

A television result, social media post or league table may not be the settlement source used by the sportsbook.

Do not assume that every postponed event is voided immediately. Do not assume that every started event stands. The exact market and official rule determine the outcome.

For a dispute, keep the ticket reference and ask support which settlement rule was applied.

Early Payout and Cashout Rules

Early Payout and the 100% Cashout Feature are separate products.

FeatureMain conditionWhat it is not
Early PayoutEligible pre-match Match Result selection reaches a two-goal leadA rule for every football market
100% Cashout FeatureEligible pre-match ticket remains available while accepted odds are unchangedGuaranteed live or partial cashout

Early Payout settles the qualifying selection after the required lead. The same ticket is not paid again if the team also wins normally.

Cashout should not be treated as a permanent right attached to every bet. Odds movement, market changes or other eligibility conditions can remove access.

The original stake should be affordable even when no cashout option appears.

Accumulator Boost, 50X and PowerBank

Accumulator Boost applies to a fully winning qualifying multiple. Each relevant leg must meet the current conditions.

The project source mentions a minimum of three selections, while the published reward table begins at four. No unsupported percentage should be assigned to exactly three selections.

The 50X offer applies when a qualifying multiple loses because exactly one leg fails. It is an extra-cash promotion based on separate rules. It is not the full potential return from the failed ticket.

PowerBank creates conditional gaming credit connected to a Sports Package. It should not be described as immediately withdrawable cash.

Promotion eligibility depends on the accepted ticket, odds, number of selections and final result. A promotion name alone does not override those records.

Canadian Welcome Programme

The Canadian welcome programme covers the first three qualifying deposits. At each stage, the user chooses eligible Pragmatic Play Slots, eligible CreedRoomz live Blackjack or Sports before depositing.

StageMinimum depositMatchMaximum payoutGolden Tree spins
FirstC$20100% up to C$500C$2,500100 at C$0.20
SecondC$50100% up to C$500C$2,500150 at C$0.20
ThirdC$75100% up to C$500C$2,500150 at C$0.20

The full sequence can provide up to C$1,500 in matched funds and 400 listed spins with a nominal value of C$80.

The three routes cannot be combined on one deposit. Sports and Blackjack require verification at every stage.

The Canadian summary does not publish every wagering multiplier, expiry rule, minimum Sports odds, required selection count or spin-conversion condition. Those details should be checked in the current promotion terms.

A C$2,500 stage payout cap remains separate from a payment method’s higher withdrawal maximum.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Confirmed deposit routes include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, USDC on ERC20, BTC, ETH, LTC and DOGE.

Confirmed payout routes are Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and supported cryptocurrencies. Apple Pay is confirmed for deposits, not withdrawals.

OperationMinimumMaximum
Fiat depositC$8C$42,600 per day
Crypto depositC$2C$142,000 per day
Card withdrawalC$29C$14,200
Bank transfer withdrawalC$142C$142,000 per day
Crypto withdrawalC$29C$284,000 per transaction

The live cashier remains the final reference for account-specific availability and displayed limits.

A payment should come from a route belonging to the registered user. Third-party methods can trigger ownership review.

For crypto, the asset and network must match the cashier instruction. USDT TRC20 and ERC20 are separate routes. Recovery from a wrong address or network is not guaranteed.

No universal same-method withdrawal rule is confirmed. Another route or document may be requested. Automatic splitting above one method maximum is also not confirmed.

No fixed payout time is guaranteed. Internal review and external processing are separate stages.

KYC and Payment Ownership

KYC may involve government-issued photo identification, recent proof of address and payment-ownership evidence.

The request can vary by account and transaction. A later payment change, mismatch or larger withdrawal may lead to another check.

Verification supports:

  • identity and age checks;
  • payment ownership;
  • one-account controls;
  • fraud review;
  • verification-dependent promotions;
  • payout processing.

Sports and Blackjack welcome routes require verification at all three Canadian stages. Withdrawals also depend on completed account checks.

KYC does not guarantee immediate payment. A bank, issuer, wallet or blockchain may control later processing.

Win Ceilings, Bonus Caps and Cashier Limits

Several limits can apply to one balance.

The general sportsbook win ceiling is C$710,000. The general casino ceiling is C$2.13 million, subject to lower game or provider rules.

These are not single-request withdrawal limits.

A user may also face:

  • a market-specific maximum;
  • a ticket-specific restriction;
  • a promotion payout cap;
  • a payment-method limit;
  • an account-specific cashier instruction.

The smallest applicable limit can control the practical result.

A large crypto withdrawal maximum does not override the C$2,500 welcome-stage cap. A general sportsbook ceiling does not guarantee that every event accepts the same stake.

Restricted Conduct and Fair Play

The official terms should define prohibited conduct precisely.

Common concerns include:

  • duplicate accounts;
  • false identity details;
  • third-party or stolen payment methods;
  • bonus abuse;
  • collusion;
  • fraud;
  • technical manipulation;
  • location misrepresentation.

A suspected breach is not automatically a proven breach. The applicable clause, ticket records and evidence matter.

This guide does not promise automatic closure, full-balance confiscation or voiding of every historical ticket after every suspected violation.

Obvious pricing errors, technical faults and incorrect displays also require the complete terms. No universal result should be invented.

Complaints and Sportsbook Disputes

The confirmed starting route for an account-specific complaint is 24/7 live chat.

For a sportsbook dispute, prepare:

  • event and competition;
  • ticket reference;
  • accepted market;
  • accepted odds;
  • stake;
  • placement time;
  • settlement status;
  • one redacted screenshot when useful.

Keep the chat reference and account records.

Some cases may require a trading, settlement, security or payment review. No fixed resolution time is confirmed.

A complete complaint process should state escalation stages, time limits, required evidence and any external dispute route. Those details should come from the official terms rather than editorial assumptions.

Responsible Gambling

Cashier maximums and sportsbook win ceilings are technical limits, not spending recommendations.

Set a fixed entertainment budget and end time before betting. Do not borrow, chase losses or increase the stake because an accumulator promotion offers a larger displayed return.

Check open tickets before adding another wager. Money committed to unsettled bets is already at risk.

Users who need a break can ask live chat which deposit restrictions, cooling-off measures, marketing controls, self-exclusion options or closure routes are currently available.

Sportsbook Terms FAQ

Which odds control a placed bet?The accepted odds recorded on the ticket control the review.

Does a suspended live market cancel earlier bets?Not automatically. Earlier accepted tickets remain subject to their settlement rules.

Is Cashout available on every wager?No. It follows separate eligibility and can become unavailable.

Can a postponed event remain unsettled?Yes. Settlement may depend on whether the event resumes and which rule applies.

Does a crypto maximum override a bonus cap?No. Cashier limits and promotion payout caps are separate.

Can one user open several accounts?One person should use one profile. Duplicate accounts can create identity and ownership problems.

Does KYC guarantee a fast withdrawal?No. Verification is one stage, while external providers may control later processing.

Gambling involves financial risk. Use only disposable entertainment money, never chase losses and stop when betting no longer feels recreational.
